Thermal Interface Materials (TIM) remove the excess heat from battery pack cells to regulate battery temperature, improve the functionality of the battery and prolong battery life. Created with application adaptation and the ability to customize, our thermally conductive gap fillers work as a heat sink providing a thermal path for heat to flow away from the battery. With the ability to tailor hardness, surface tack and liner, we have the product range and know-how to create the ideal TIM for your EV battery module.
