Turbine blades and Nozzle Guide Vanes (NVGs) are two of the main components to be ground and finished after casting. After cutting, the next step is to remove the foundry gate.
Norton EclipseTM R990S 36+ belts are setting the new standard in grinding of foundry cast parts including gate removal and rough grinding of turbine rotor blades and NGVs.
