HAKANIT® fiber glass fabric is a solution for fire protection application in airplane seats. The interlayer is positioned between the foam and the seat fabrics. Its light weight and flexibility allow maximum seating comfort and mitigate the spread of flames in case of a fire in a highly effective way.

- Limit/slow down spread of flames in case of a fire
- Are light, flexible and soft
- Are certified according to norm FAR25.853
- Meet relevant parts of standard such as RTCA-DO-160 and FAA 14 CFR part 25, subpart D §25.855 apdx. F
